David founded Klein Management Systems in 1985. His background includes application development, systems analysis and project management. Prior to starting Klein Management Systems, David was a Systems Analyst for Pfizer Inc., a Staff Consultant for Coopers and Lybrand and a Project Leader for European American Bank. David holds both undergraduate Management Science and graduate MBA degrees from SUNY Binghamton.

Sabitha Shanthan, Manager, Recruitment Services, has been with Klein Management since 1997. Sabitha is directly involved in candidate recruitment and works closely with clients as an Account Executive. She holds a BS in Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and has attended training in Drug Development and FDA Regulations, AIRS Recruiting Training, and numerous NACCB Sales and Recruiting seminars. Sabitha is active in SAS User Groups, ACRP, RAPS, DIA, and Oracle User Groups. Such active involvement in the pharmaceutical world allows her to better serve her clients and find the right match for her candidates.

Andrew Steinberg, Recruiting Manager, has been with Klein Management Systems since 1998. He specializes in Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and Information Technology recruiting. Andrew has had success in placing qualified candidates in a variety of positions within these areas. Andrew holds a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Professional of Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. In addition, Andrew has taken numerous courses such as "Drug Development and FDA Regulations: A Regulatory Overview" and has attended many industry-specific events such as the DIA Annual Conference and the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) Annual Conference to further his education and better serve his clients.

Christine Morroni joined the Klein Management Systems team as a Pharmaceutical and Information Technology Recruiter in 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from the State University of New York at Purchase. Christine's background includes experience as a teaching assistant and student advisor. At the advising center, Christine helped to guide students in both academics and college life, and planned and directed student events and seminars. Christine has attended DIA training focusing on Drug Development to better serve her candidates and further her education of the pharmaceutical industry.
